Job Description

- Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes.
- Hands on Portal and strong in Networking and referencing
- Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
- Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
- Must be a Good Team Player.
- To be responsible for leading / assisting recruitment team in respect of  
- the following, and be accountable  to achieve individual sub-targets allocated by Account Manager and / or Recruitment Manager.
Remuneration  :  UPTO 1.5 Lakhs + Incentives
